Agree with Inde…the “Under 60″ criteria seems arbitrary and almost dubious. Also, kind of surprised that Esther Duflo is not up there.

Why did the survey truncate the options to so that one can only choose from those who are under-60? Surely not to claim that this is a choice of the most popular “young” economists?
